Tree planting packs encourage good root growth and help the tree establish in its new location.
Tree staking & watering is crucial when planting a new tree, it will allow the roots to spread and anchor to the ground and the stake will keep the tree in an upright position during windy conditions. Below is our range of options to get your tree off to the best possible start. For bigger trees, we would recommend using a double stake and crossbar system.
The Value Tree Planting Packs
The value planting pack contains the bare essentials recommended for planting, you will find included a 1.8m (6ft) tall tree stake and a buckle tie. All our tree stakes are round, peeled, pointed and pressure treated.
The Irrigated Planting Pack
The irrigated planting pack is great for when a tree would significantly benefit from the use of a watering aid. Newly planted trees must receive regular watering.
This pack contains a 1.8m (6ft) tree stake, a tree buckle tie and a root rain irrigation system.
The Nutrient Planting Pack
The Nutrient planting pack contains After Plant which aids establishment and new growth and Rootgrow contains mycorrhizal fungi which significantly reduces root colonisation time during the first year. Within as little as four weeks the fungi will have created an entire secondary root system that will increase nutrient and water uptake helping to support the tree for the rest if it’s lifetime.
The Premium Planting Pack
This premium pack contains everything you need to kick start your trees first years in its new home. In this pack you will get a tree stake, tree buckle, AfterPlant, Rootgrow and watering aid. Trees will benefit from the added nutrients during the growing season from the soil.
