The terms and conditions of our latest giveaway.

1. The promoter is: King and Co (the Tree Nursery) Ltd.
1.1. The prize is: a pair of 20 x 35cm box balls, or a pair of 50-60cm tall box cones.
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via the King and Co the Tree Nursery Ltd. Facebook Page.
6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7. Closing date for entry will be 12th August 2020. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

– Comment on the post with prize preference of ‘Box Cones’ or ‘Box Balls’ to select a pair of Box Topiary Cones or Box Topiary Balls respectively.                 10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
11. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable.
12. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter.
13. The winner will be notified by email and/or Facebook DM within 24 hours of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 2 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
14. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered

If you do not see a plant or size that is suitable for you then please call as we stock a wide variety of plants in our tree nursery. It’s worth noting that many other websites sell other people’s stock (i.e. they act as an agent) so you cannot view the products at their own site. At King & Co, all of our advertised plants are available for viewing at our tree nursery in Rayne, near Braintree, situated just over an hours drive out of London.
