Blue Spruce Trees (Picea)

Blue Spruce Trees (Picea)

Blue Spruce are one of the most stunning conifers with dense, bright blue, needle like foliage along stiff branches. They naturally grow in a conical shape and can be clipped to make them denser or even into cones.

We stock these slower growing trees in smaller sizes which will make a great addition to almost any size garden as a specimen or in a border and can even be kept in large pots.

They are not too fussy on soils as long as it is fertile and fairly well draining as they dislike water-logging.

Picea pungens will grow to around 2-2.5m tall in 7 to 10 years and mature to a height around 5-10m
